Sometimes I might moan a bit. Sometimes I might sound a little...grumpy. Really though I'm just "struggling to show my enthusiasm." So if you'd just eaten some lovely prawns and scallops and then there was a power cut and you found yourself in the bathroom with only an emergency light-stick for enlightenment...
Of course, the main reason I visit this blog is to read your delightful anecdotes, Mark. But I confess, I also enjoy seeing what ads will be generated for each post. This one has given me a food ad - understandable- but also an ad for Borders bookstore. Oh my, these algorithms might be getting a bit too clever!

ReplyDeleteYou know something. There are things to be thankful for. I now know what an epicurian delight a 2pm, naptime, peanut butter, jam, on a whole wheat mini bagel can be. Add a glass of milk and it's near to heavenly.
I didn't know that before I became a parent.
Now I do.
On the other hand. My son's spelling lessons taught me a hard truth.
I can't spell worth a durn.
